How this product moves into production

Select the options offered on the product page and review all wording, names, dates, size, material, finish, quantity, and mounting details before ordering. Personalized products may receive a digital proof when approval is required. Production begins after payment and any required approval are complete.

A screen preview is a design guide. Natural grain, engraving tone, texture, and physical finishing will vary in the completed piece.

Materials and product care

Wood grain, knots, colour, live edges, resin patterns, and stain absorption vary naturally. Follow the product-specific care instructions. Keep decorative products away from prolonged moisture, extreme heat, and rapid humidity changes. Only products described for outdoor or food-contact use should be used that way.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup is arranged after a ready notification is sent. Shipping availability and cost depend on size, weight, destination, fragility, and packaging. Inspect delivered packages promptly and retain all packaging if damage needs to be reported.
