1. Agreement
By using this website, creating an account, requesting a quote, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any product-specific or quote-specific terms presented during the transaction. Applicable legal rights are not excluded by these terms.
2. Products, descriptions, and availability
Creative Oasis works to describe products accurately. Measurements, colours, photographs, previews, and examples are provided to help customers understand the product, but screens, lighting, natural materials, and handmade production may create reasonable differences. Products, materials, options, and availability may change.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, special packaging, design work, and additional custom services may be added. An order or custom project is not accepted for production until required payment or deposit is received and the order is confirmed.
4. Ready, personalized, and custom products
Ready-to-order products use the listed design and options. Personalized products permit only the changes offered or approved for that design. Custom products are developed from a customer request and may require design fees, deposits, additional approvals, and a written project scope.
5. Proofs and customer approval
When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, dimensions, layout, orientation, and other visible details. Approval authorizes production based on that proof. Changes requested after approval may require additional fees, a new timeline, or a replacement order.
6. Customer-supplied content
By supplying text, photographs, logos, graphics, or other content, you confirm that you have the right and permission to use it and authorize Creative Oasis to reproduce and adapt it as needed for the requested project. Creative Oasis may decline content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, hateful, or unsuitable for production.
7. Design ownership and portfolio use
Customer-owned logos and supplied content remain the customer’s property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creative Oasis retains its production files, reusable templates, fabrication methods, and original design elements. Finished work may be photographed for quality records or portfolio use unless confidentiality is agreed before production.
8. Production estimates and delays
Production timing is estimated from the point when payment, required information, materials, and approvals are complete. Material availability, equipment service, curing, shipping carriers, weather, supplier delays, and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing. Creative Oasis will communicate material changes when possible.
9. Natural materials and handmade variation
Wood grain, knots, colour, live edges, mineral marks, texture, resin movement, engraving tone, and finish absorption vary. These characteristics are expected and will not exactly match another item, a digital preview, or a sample photograph.
10. Changes and cancellations
Contact Creative Oasis immediately to request a change or cancellation. Once design work, material ordering, cutting, machining, engraving, printing, finishing, or assembly has begun, cancellation may not be possible and costs already incurred may remain payable.
11. Pickup, shipping, and risk
Local pickup is by arrangement after a ready notice is issued. Shipping cost and method depend on the product and destination. Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and retain packaging when reporting damage. Carrier claims may require photographs and cooperation from the recipient.
12. Returns and corrections
Personalized and custom products are generally final sale. Standard unused products may be considered for return when approved in advance. If Creative Oasis made an error or a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with the order number, description, and photographs so an appropriate correction can be reviewed.
13. Product use and care
Customers are responsible for using, mounting, maintaining, and supervising products appropriately. Decorative items are not toys. Outdoor use, food contact, load-bearing use, electrical integration, installation, and exposure to heat or moisture must follow the product description and any supplied care instructions.
14. Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing and project inquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or systems without permission, copy protected site content for resale, submit malicious files, or use automated methods that interfere with normal operation.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Oasis is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, customer-supplied errors, improper installation or use, normal material variation, or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Privacy and changes
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated as products, services, or business practices change. The version posted when an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction unless a later change is required by law or agreed in writing.
