How quotes are prepared
The price reflects the complete build—not only the material.
Design work, setup, machining, engraving, printing, finishing, assembly, packaging, quantity, and risk all affect the final scope.
Materials & dimensions
Species, thickness, live edge, acrylic, resin, hardware, waste, and oversized dimensions affect material cost and handling.
Production & finishing
Machine time, tool changes, sanding, paint fill, staining, clear coating, resin work, assembly, and curing are considered.
Quantity & delivery
Repeat quantities may reduce setup cost per piece. Special packaging, fragile shipping, installation, or delivery may be quoted separately.
Approval matters
Check the proof carefully before production.
The approved proof becomes the production reference for layout, wording, spelling, dates, and major visual details. Natural material variation and the physical characteristics of fabrication may still differ from a screen preview.
