Production begins after payment and any required proof approval. Shipping estimates begin after production is complete.
Personalized products
Personalized and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned because they are produced specifically for the customer. Contact Creative Oasis promptly if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from the approved order.
Standard products
Unused standard products may be eligible for return subject to the return conditions and timeframe communicated at purchase.
